RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At DressAtR, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes things go differently than planned, and we are here to help with your returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
DressAtR will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise with original tags attached to the original packaging within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of online purchase, for the price paid in the original form of payment.
Please note the following return conditions:
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns, except for items deemed defective.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact our customer service team by email or phone for assistance.
No Exchanges – Return and Reorder
DressAtR does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refundand place a new order. This ensures that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer care within 3 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
To qualify for a return or replacement
• Notify us within 3 days.
• Provide a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Note: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Variations in color due to photography, lighting, or screen resolutions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return. You can see the image of original fabric in every product to make sure the color of garment.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you have questions about our products before placing your order or encounter technical issues during checkout, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
